Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns up to 1 year from the date of purchase, no matter the condition. We want you to love your microscopy equipment like we do, but we understand if you can’t. We still love you. Once your return has been received, we'll refund your original purchase price.

Items covered under our manufacturer's warranty will be replaced free of charge. Please contact us directly for further information.
